Mortgage Advice

We offer an impartial, whole-of-market, mortgage advice service to our clients. Best of all, we do not charge a fee for this service as it is funded by the mortgage lenders. We provide research documents and justification for the recommended lender/product to you, so you can be sure you have received the best deal in the marketplace.

Our Process

1. Initial Consultation

This gives us an opportunity to get to know each other and establish our client-planner relationship

2. Factfind

We will agree goals, objectives, and gather all the relevant information required to make a recommendation and process your application.

3. Research

We will use the information collected in the factfind to research lenders, products and check criteria for eligibility.

4. Recommendation

We will present our recommendation to you. We will also go through the Illustrations, terms and any restrictions which may apply, so you can make an informed choice on whether to accept the recommendation(s).

5. Application / Processing

If you are happy to proceed with our recommendation, we will complete the application form and gather the relevant documents required to process the application on your behalf.

6. Offer

When the Offer is issued, a copy will be forwarded to you. We will check the Offer for accuracy and if necessary liaise will your Solicitor.
At this stage, the finances are in place and ready to be release once conveyancing checks have been completed by your solicitor

7. Review

When your transaction has completed, we will diarise a review for a few months before your deal is due to expire, so your mortgage does not revert to the lenders standard variable rate (SVR) without your knowledge.
